My favorite would have been the Westbend Slo-Cooker until I got a Rival Dutch Oven Skillet. As Jim stated, the Westbend is pretty versatile. The one I have is over 20 years old and I still occasionally use it in the house. But my go to is the Rival. It is about 4" deep and can be used to brown meats then add other ingredients and let them cook at a low temperature. I also use it for breakfast eggs and bacon as well as pan frying. Rival made 2 size - a 12" round and a 12"X18". The 12" is in the camper and the larger in the house. Least used - toaster and coffee maker combo we were given.
