This looks very easy to make.
I was shown how to make a 'perfect cake' using a microwave rice cooker, so easy that I bought one from "Perfect Chef" or something like that.
Basically you mixed a chocolate cake mix in the rice cooker, then add a huge scoop of icing into the center of the mixed batter. Bake in the microwave for about 10 minutes, and it starts to 'poof' up. Get it out of there before it hits the top of the microwave.
Done.
Making it in a coffee cup also seems really easy. I did not read all the details of this recipe, but it sounds good!
