My Lodge cast iron pan is a DISASTER. Help....

About 20+ years old and was fine until this winter when is was left outside...but under cover. Rust, rust and more rust. I know how to season a new pan and keep a used pan in good order, but how do ...

I saw a Technic the other night that cleans better than sand blasting. it is like sand blasting but with dry ice. it doesn't pit as bad as sand does and then just put it in a oven to reseason it.
