My Lodge cast iron pan is a DISASTER. Help....

About 20+ years old and was fine until this winter when is was left outside...but under cover. Rust, rust and more rust. I know how to season a new pan and keep a used pan in good order, but how do ...

use wax paper & crisco wipe out as much rust as possible w/ this then cover w/crisco again & put in low oven for hour or so wipe again it will return to like new after several times
