My Lodge cast iron pan is a DISASTER. Help....

About 20+ years old and was fine until this winter when is was left outside...but under cover. Rust, rust and more rust. I know how to season a new pan and keep a used pan in good order, but how do ...

You could take that same money and buy some nice groceries to cook in that refurbished pan, or buy some gas, or lots of other stuff! Waste not-want not!
