This problem always seems to be weight. With the toy hauler that might not be a problem for you. My first choice would be something in gas, like a Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain, Charbroil or Brinkman upright would be my choice. I have a GOSM and I like the concept overall. I haven't used the other two, but I imagine they are similar.I would probably look hard at the Brinkman simply becasue of the 2 doors.
