For RV use the www.greenmountaingrills.com and check out the Davy Crockett grill, you won't be disappointed.
I've never in many years had anyone note any flavor from LP. It's hard to say you could taste the smell put in LP and not the coal in charcoal.
Charcoal does a fine job, but it's time consuming and I don't believe that always fits the camping agenda for everyone.
