Just got and tested a new Bradley BS611 smoker this weekend. Smoked (2) 8.5lb Pork shoulders and had the best pulled pork ever! Put smoke on at (1)hour of mesquite and (3)hours of Maple. Total cook time 18 hours at average cook temp of 210-220 deg F.
I plan on taking it with me this weekend on our trip up to the U.P.
