Need advise on which turkey fryer / steamer to buy

Dave, when you start looking / comparing units, look for the highest btu rating you can get. I also like having an auto start versus having to use a lighter wand everytime. I've got one that requires a lighter wand to light and I lose the hair on my arm a lot with that unit.
