OP Here,
First thanks to everyone who responded!
To DickB yes I will take it with me in the 5th wheel. Already have a place to keep it in mind.
Based on the feedback here and from what I saw I think we will be building our setup in pieces. I'm looking at the following:
King Kooker 2-in-1 Burner
King Kooker’s most versatile burner system includes both a high-output, 105,000-BTU jet burner for boiling in large-capacity pots and a 60,000-BTU burner for fish frying to cover all your outdoor cooking needs. Both burners bolt to the stand and can be switched to go from frying, boiling, steaming or using a wok in minutes. The S-shaped arms on the burner stand hold a wide range of sizes and shapes, from fry pots to extra-large boiling pots.
Cabela's Turkey Frying Pot Kits
These kits are great for the cook who already has a propane burner and wants to try this tasty way of preparing your turkey, chicken, seafood or vegetables.
Available:
•The Aluminum Pot Kit includes a 30-quart, 1.5mm aluminum pot with lid, lifting rack, hook, high-temperature thermometer and a basket for boiling or frying smaller items.
According to the burner box it was not designed to cook a turkey. When I looked into this I discovered it was because the burner does not have an automatic switch off at 15minutes that all the turkey fryers do. That's the only difference.
The burner cost $100 and the pots $70 and they are both in stock at Cabelea's
