One of my favorite quick breakfast is what I call a "Burrito Over Easy". I warm up (micro wave) a frozen burrito and lay 2 over-easy fried eggs on the top. I prefer the beef/cheese kind with little hot sauce on the burrito before I put the eggs on it. Quick and simple. Yummmm.
