This is another one of my all time favorites to impress my CG friends.
Fast and easy too. :C




Slice different colored bell peppers, drop egg inside and fry.

Right before egg is done put just a few small drops of water in pan and immediately cover for a just a minute. That will cook the tops of eggs for those that want their eggs more done.
