Toasted english muffin. Sausage Patty,cooked. Slice of cheese and if you wish, add an egg or buy the scrambled egg patties. Your own Sausage McMuffin, or use Canadian Bacon for the regular egg mucmuffin flavor. We buy Walmart frozen sausage patties in the blue bag (they have a spicy one too) and it is ready in 1 min in the microwave and doesn't shrink all up and tastes good too.
Great for travel days - fast, easy and doesn't dirty a bunch of dishes.
