New Lodge Cast Iron
I just bought a new seasoned Lodge cast Iron skillet from Wally World. It's working better than I thought it would. I'm impressed b/c based on some comments you'd think cast iron is the devil's me...

One thing I have wondered is how do you guys & girls store your ci cookware? I have read to layer paper towel, towels, paper bags, etc between pieces to prevent trapping moisture.
We do most of our cooking outside so I considered a rubbermaid tub or case ( maybe homebuilt?) to store the ci in, then just pull the tub out of the trailer and set it by the grill/ stove so it's handy. Just concerned the rubbermaid tub may trap moisture. Any thoughts?
Let me guess, use it at home as well? Wife recently bought a new set of pots & pans with the ceramic coating, so not sure I could hang the ci in place of it! Lol
Just gets tiring when you need to run back in the tt to grab "that other pan"
