My first impression was that it was a glorified crock pot. I watched the video clip. One thing that intrigued me was that you can sear in it. I always sear the meat before I throw it in the crock pot. I think it adds more flavor. In this thing, you can sear it right in the unit, so less clean up.
Let us know what you think after you test drive it.
I got one of those NuWave cookers for Christmas. I used it twice and it's in the box. I was not impressed with it. Maybe I'm too stupid, I don't know.:?
