OK, in case the OP is still watching his thread, I have the Ninja cooking system and I love it. Yes it is pricey but to each his own. I have cooked just about everything in it. I did a meatloaf in it last week and it turned out perfect. I have yet to try baking a cake in it but I plan on doing that in the near future. It is so versatile that if it ever goes bad, I will replace it with the same. I love the features it has. You can set the actual temp and time. You can even sear your meats and then cook them in the same pan. The clean up is very easy. I am still impressed.
