Nothing like a good BBQ when camping

I just wanted to share an awsome thing I found on the net. I usually barbecue chicken or steaks or hotdogs etc. I found this battery operated rotisserie that you can take anywhere and it is easy to set up and use. So far I have cooked a roast, Some chickens and I even bought a whole beef loin (felet) and put it on this baby and then cut it up after. Cooking on a rotisserie is sooooo goood. It is called a grizzly spit and they sell them here See it here.

They have baskets for it too. If you are a foodie like me, it's a must have LOL

I tried cooking a Rabbit over and open flame on a stick once. Cremated the poor thing.
  • I had one of those years ago. I wonder what happened to it? Probably left it in a camper or two back. Dunno.. It did work pretty well, but a little sluggish if heavily loaded. I have a "plug in" rotisserie that I use every now and then now.
