Maybe you should learn a little more about the NuWave before you criticize the test. It's just a test and the results are accurate. Make any judgment you desire.
I have 2 NuWave induction tops. I simply don't see the "test". I can cook the same way on my electric stove because you're simply maintaining a simmer.
I'm really not trying to be hard to get along with, but while the
NuWave has some features unique and likeable, maintaining a low temperature for 5 hours simply isn't one of the unique ones.
