Wil, my brother is an engineer. I love him, but I'm glad I don't have to live with him!! One thing that I have not gotten around to making on my NuWave is candy. If you check into it, temperature is crucial. You have to get to the 'soft ball' stage, 'hard ball', etc. It usually is done with a lot of stirring and constant monitoring with a candy thermometer. I would think the NuWave would show some potential in candy making, as exact temperature control would be very helpful.
