We have one.
Probably use it 2-3x a month. You have to put it together correctly or I can see where it can get really flimsy. We had a few issues with the grease catching drawer but narrowed down the rails a bit and it works fine now.
The chicken comes out really crispy and moist. We prep the chicken and put it in to cook. Then we just do other stuff while it cooks.
We really enjoy it and have cooked a variety of meals in it. While it doesn't use oil, the taste is very much like fried (especially if you run whatever you're cooking in oil first.
