The Big Easy can hold up to a 16# whatever.

We had a menu change this weekend and ended up doing a corned beef...terrible. :W
With that we did a 6# chicken tonight in the Char Broil oil less cooker...unbelievable!!!
Seasoned insert ahead of time and then started. 165 degrees later we had a moist, juicy browned bird that was cooked perfect. After reading a bunch of reviews and looking at videos I have to say that the results were everything I thought and hoped for.
We leave for AZ and TX mid December and the cooker will be with us.
Sorry...no pics this time...nighttime...but will have when we cook up our 14# turkey for Thanksgiving.
