OK - now need the Crock Pot Tapioca Pudding Recipa

Now that I have the Cornish Game Hen recipe .. need dessert .. And I remember a recipe for Crock Pot Tapioca Pudding on this forum. I should have saved it on my laptop, but since I didn't - can...

Internet was full of similar recipe with the only difference being number of servings (varying ingredients to more or less people) So, it you don't need that much, options available.
