OK - now need the Crock Pot Tapioca Pudding Recipa

Now that I have the Cornish Game Hen recipe .. need dessert .. And I remember a recipe for Crock Pot Tapioca Pudding on this forum. I should have saved it on my laptop, but since I didn't - can...

Post a recipe, crash 3 jets... all in a day's work. :D

I don't get it, if you are going to have to stir the mixture, why bother with the crock pot? Just cook on the stove and get the stirring over with in a few minutes. JMO.
