When I was young my mom bought her hot dogs from a local wholesale meat place.
She always bought them with "Skins on," which I take to be a casing of some type. Best hot dogs in the world.
Does anyone know of a commercial variety of dogs that I can buy in a supermarket that would be the same? All I ever see are "skinless."
