Martin dale hotdog chili
Hot Dog Chilli

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground chuck (no substitutes)
Water
1â?„2 cup onions, chopped
3â?„4 cup Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. chili powder
1 TBS paprika
Hot sauce
Cook ground chuck in large sauce pan, adding enough water to make a medium-thick mixture. Cook on medium heat until it comes to a slow boil, cooking for 3-5 minutes, stirring until all lumps are gone. Remove from heat. Sauté onions in oil until clear. Return meat to medium heat, add onions, salt, chili powder and paprika. Stir and bring to a slow boil, cooking for 10 minutes. Add hot sauce to taste.
