I can appreciate a single traveler not wanting to gather all the ingredients for meals, etc.
Our sons go to REI or some other camping store and buy the dehydrated meals when they are tent camping. Lots of variety from what I can see and they say they are not bad. Might be handy to have some on hand. Not much skill needed to boil water!
