For breakfast we have found the bags of breakfast sausage patties (fully cooked) and real egg scrambled egg patties from Walmart. Toast an english muffin, microwave the sausage and egg patty as directed. Put on muffin and top with a slice of cheese -- you just made a Sausage McMuffin. We use this as a travel breakfast. Something that will stay with you awhile and not leave you hungry an hour down the road - fast - no clean up required as you can use paper plate and paper towels for the cooking which will absorb any of the grease from the sausage .
