That's one. But way too far away for me. The Texas Noonday Onion Festival is held in the little town of Noonday near Tyler every May. I eat 1015's and Noondays almost exclusively, and the Noonday is sweeter. But sadly, they are usually gone by mid June and the 1015's are around all year. I lucked out and found some Noondays this morning at the local farmer's market in Rockwall just outside Dallas. Surely my last sackful until next spring.
