Onions
I read someplace where they were having an onion festival in Texas. I thought either the onions were something special or the Texicans were hard up for an excuse to have a festival. I found their Tex...

Here's a recipe that I intend to try.
Peel an onion and slice off about 1/2 an inch. Scoop out a pocket and put a pat of butter and a teaspoon of beef bullion powder in it. You can also add a favorite alcoholic drink if you want, not too much. Put the top back on and double wrap in foil. Cook on indirect heat on the grill for about an hour.
