Looking ahead, peach season will be here in the farmers' markets. We want to go beyond peach cobbler and have a few recipes that are simple, stove top prep or no-cooking-required. Ideas?

Another no cook peach dish: smoothies! Great for breakfast, a nice refresher for lunch.
Smoothies are a great idea too. We're going to swing through south GA and pick up some early peaches to use on the bacon centric menu. I hope we will have time enough to can them! If not, a juicy peach in a smoothie is just the ticket too. :W

Great ideas: I think we'll stick to non-alcoholic beverages because of the young children in attendance but that salsa has me thinking. :R
