Recently bought the Green Mountain Grill Davy Crockett. I really like it. Holds a temperature very well. I even made cookies in it just to see if I could.
It is a little heavy, but folds up small enough to easily fit in the bay. It will handle most of your grilling/smoking/baking needs very well.
