Pepper Stout Beef

I have enjoyed this forum, and have taken several recipes that have really enjoyed.

Here is a link to a great Smoked beef recipe. We have made this several times. it is my personal favorite recipe for chuck roast beef.

    They sounds great! Have some yard work scheduled for the weekend, so this might be the secondary project. Thanks for sharing!

    Smoked beef!
    How I do long for the great outdoors where I can finally cook anyway I want w/o FDNY or NYPD rolling up to give me a ticket for smoking/grilling/BBQing on my fire escape...

    Oh and the property manager in me understands why the ticket but but still....smoked beefffffffffffffff.
