Thanks, folks, for all the wonderful ideas...feel like I opened a can of...well, beans!! I wrote all your suggestions down and see common ingredients. I am going to do some "research" at home before my next camping trip. If I find the "Perfect Recipe" (although many of yours sound like it already), I will post it! Thanks again!! Marsha :B
