Portable / Countertop Oven That Bakes Like a Home Oven ?

Does anyone have a recommendation of a countertop or maybe portable for outside the coach that approximates the baking ability of a home electric full size built in oven ? My wife is not satisfied wi...

This type of camp oven is made by several different brand names. It has a stove on top and an oven underneath. We've never owned one but it might be worth checking as it serves double duty.
