Portable / Countertop Oven That Bakes Like a Home Oven ?

Does anyone have a recommendation of a countertop or maybe portable for outside the coach that approximates the baking ability of a home electric full size built in oven ? My wife is not satisfied wi...

We have one similar to this. Wife has baked cookies and baked chicken. We use the over more than the stove top but would buy another one when this goes belly up.
