Potato Latkes anyone?

I love them as well but I have never made a latke-I've only enjoyed eating them. When we have celebrated Hanukkah with our friends they have served traditional latkes. Today they share our table and are providing sweet potato latkes served with applesauce. I look forward to trying them and will let you know my favorite. This may be a new Thanksgiving tradition :)
