Barilla makes a pasta that is called PLUS, has added protein, fiber and omega-3's. It's the only pasta my friend has found that doesn't spike his blood sugar. And he isn't really into 1/3 cup servings either.
Barilla Plus comes in spaghetti, farfalle and penne shapes that I have found here. Probably more in larger stores with more variety. (Southern small groceries don't tend to have much outside of the norm).
