That and the fact considering the conditions many prepared foods are made in? I heat up on high everything that says 'precooked'. I live by the rules of better being safe than sorry.
Just google Listeria on the FDA site and look at all the companies issued warning letters. That do NOT hit the 10:00 news.:W - Super_DaveExplorerLuke, it's all about the lawyers.
