Get a crock pot some small red potatoes (cut in half or just dump them in), baby carrots, cut up some onions, 2 lbs stew beef (you can get this already cut at the store) cut in pieces, beef soup, cream of mushroom soup. (two cups of red wine goes well also, one for the stew and one for the cook) Put it all in crock pot and cook for 6 hours on low. Let cool, and fill several Tupperware containers freeze and take with you. Then get some Boil in Bag rice and make the rice and serve with the thawed and heated stew.
