I have never seen "Corn Flake Crumbs" but my wife uses regular corn flakes that she crushes. She does this with boneless chicken breasts.

She rubs the chicken with mayonnaise and rolls it in the crushed corn flakes. Cook in a shallow pan in the oven about 350 for ...?

She serves it with a "sauce" made with mayo and milk mixed together.

Sorry not too detailed with the recipe, she cooks it and I wolfe it down. :)
