Recommend a Smoker?
Can anyone recommend a nice smoker? We've never smoked anything before, and would like to give it a whirl. I don't want anything too high end, but I don't want a piece of junk either. Would like so...

I have had all of them,gas,charcoal and electric and I like the Smokin Tex It is easy to use just put in the wood chips, set the temp and let it go.
The 1100 is great for camping and the 1400 is great for home but I have taken it camping and everyone has been happy with the quality of the smoked food and so have I.
They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for,Quality,
I have used mine for about 10 years and have had no problems with it,just keeps on Smokin.....
