Perhaps a car shop would have the tools needed to reshape? Hate to say this but depending on the cost of shipping I'd prolly just send it back to KA for repair or replacement.
ETA: if the KA pots are the non stick variety I wouldn't mess with them at all. No idea how that finish is replaced or what is found underneath it.
