Reheating Breakfast casserole

I want to bake a breakfast casserole on Wednesday morning at the house, put it in the Yeti cooler and reheat it on Friday morning in the RV. The reason I don't want to bake it in the RV is that it takes so long. I just want to be able to reheat it in the RV oven. What do you think? Is it doable?

    If you are going to nuke it, then fully cook it. Maybe in individual portions?
