Revisiting Beer Butt Chicken

Haven't done beer butt chicken in some time so put one on tonight. I rubbed it with garlic olive oil and then some dry rub. Weber kettle is the only way I'll do beer butt chicken. The skin was crispy and the meat was succulent! Probably as close to perfection as I can get.





Sided it with a new vinegar dressed cole slaw without the mayo that was quite tasty.
