Roaster Ovens
Does anyone use one of these: http://www.rivalproducts.com/cooking/roasters ? Do they actually roast, as in, crisp up and brown potatoes, etc.? I think it would be handing for a Thanksgiving campou...

I use one for big groups. A friend does turkeys in hers but it doesnt brown up like an oven. Juicy, tho. I slow cook pork butts, big batches of spaghetti sauce.
