Roaster Ovens
Does anyone use one of these: http://www.rivalproducts.com/cooking/roasters ? Do they actually roast, as in, crisp up and brown potatoes, etc.? I think it would be handing for a Thanksgiving campou...

We get it hot hot and put the turkey in it run it for a while then turn it down. We get browned skin and juicy turkey. If doing potatoes only dont use any extra liquid or butter and they will brown up okay.
