Roaster Ovens
Does anyone use one of these: http://www.rivalproducts.com/cooking/roasters ? Do they actually roast, as in, crisp up and brown potatoes, etc.? I think it would be handing for a Thanksgiving campout.

- Yuup....we have two of them and have used them the last 3 years. They are great!!!!
- Yep! We have used it for years. Major holidays, camping, making chex mix, stew, brownies, cakes, you name it. It works just like an oven but the small space seems to cook everything faster especially large pieces of meat. Ours has an electronic timer on it which is nice for just a little bit more money.
