RV appliances...
So, I was wondering about things like mini blenders, mixers, toasters, etc.? My RV is less than 30 foot so economy of size and watts is important to me. What are people using?

Anything "mini" will be a big disappointment. At least it was for me. I use a manual food processor so I can provide more power than the minis.
