RV appliances...
So, I was wondering about things like mini blenders, mixers, toasters, etc.? My RV is less than 30 foot so economy of size and watts is important to me. What are people using?

I full time so space is at a premium. I purchased a unit that has plates for waffles, a foreman type grill, and sandwich. I use a toaster, small two cup coffee maker and an induction cooker (Nuwave). I have an appliance that doubles as a roaster and slow cooker which is small enough to fit in the sink, so I can use it while traveling. I do carry an electric whisk type of unit, but I rarely use it.
