So, I was wondering about things like mini blenders, mixers, toasters, etc.? My RV is less than 30 foot so economy of size and watts is important to me. What are people using?

What kind of rig do you have?
Does it have a 30 or 50 amp shorepower?
Do you have a genset or are you going to get one.
Watts are very important to determine what you get. You will need to determine after you settle in as to what you can or cannot run.
